You retain all rights to your uploaded content. However, you grant Seamless Photos a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to Seamless Photos — including software, design, logos, and AI models — remains the exclusive property of Keep Creating LLC or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or exploit any part of the Service without written permission.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Seamless Photos operates on a subscription model with image credit-based usage. You will be charged based on the plan you select.

All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the next billing cycle if you no longer wish to be charged.

7. Free Trials & Promotions

We may offer free trials or promotional discounts. We reserve the right to modify or terminate these offers at any time without notice.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be error-free or uninterrupted
• The generated images will meet your specific expectations

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability
